Ayurvedic Pregnancy & Postpartum Massage
Gentle, mindful massage helps restore strength, ease tension, rebalance the body, and support recovery — allowing you to move through these phases with more ease, comfort, and presence.

What to expect in a session:
Rooted in the ancient Ayurvedic tradition of Abhyanga, this treatment uses long, gentle strokes with a touch that is lighter than deep tissue massage, yet still firm, present, and soothing. It’s a rhythmic practice that calms the nervous system, grounds the mind, and nourishes the whole being.
Each session incorporates marma point therapy — a subtle pressure point activation of vital energy points throughout the body to restore balance and vitality. Warm, herbal Ayurvedic oils are chosen according to your individual physical and emotional state, absorbing deeply into the tissues to bring warmth, lubrication, and nourishment.
Each treatment can also include gentle Ayurvedic lifestyle guidance, tailored to your needs during pregnancy or postpartum — offering small, practical ways to restore harmony in daily life.
Total time of treatment: starting at 60 minutes (option to extend).
Location: offered in the comfort of your own home, using the support of a shiatsu mattress, cosy cushions and blankets.

Magnesium Foot Bath & Foot Massage
Magnesium plays an essential role in calming the nervous system, easing muscular tension, and supporting deep rest — all of which are vital during pregnancy and postpartum.
Benefits during pregnancy include:
Soothing cramps and restless legs, common as the body carries extra weight and fluid
Promoting relaxation and better sleep, reducing stress on the mind and body
Supporting healthy muscle and nerve function, including the uterus
Benefits during postpartum include:
Replenishing minerals lost through labour, and breastfeeding.
Encouraging grounding and warmth, key principles in postpartum recovery.
Soothing fatigue and overwhelm.
The warmth of the water opens the pores of the feet, allowing magnesium to be absorbed while drawing tension and excess energy downward.

I offer gentle rituals and circles that honour these moments — from mother-led gatherings and baby circles, to personalised ceremonies that welcome new life or tenderly acknowledge grief and loss.
These offerings are woven with care, designed to support your body, calm your nervous system, and nourish your heart.

As a guide, prices for small group ceremonies start at €95 for a 60–75 minute gathering.
Ceremonies can be shaped to suit what feels right for you — whether that’s an intimate one-on-one ritual, a circle with loved ones, or a larger group gathering. The duration and contribution can be adjusted accordingly.
For personal one-on-one care in times of loss, I offer a sliding scale, ensuring that support is available within the budget that feels comfortable for you.
